Chef Ingolf Wiessler cooks a multiple award-winning fresh cuisine with seasonal products, preferably from small producers from the Franconian countryside.
All year round you can choose from our culinary offer in the stylish restaurant with six tables (2 to max. 8 people).
Choose à la carte from our extensive menu, which fulfills every culinary wish. Franconian wines, regional beer and schnapps round off the enjoyment.
